Blue Lattice Pen

A blue pen hand turned on a woodturning lathe in my own UK workshops. The pen has a high-quality chrome-plated trim with a superior twist mechanism. Cutting the acrylic resin blank to size for the pen and then drilled with an appropriately sized hole. Then mounted on my lathe and turned and shaped too round. Resin blanks are sometimes hard and difficult to work with, lots of turners avoid them. The resin then needs sanding through to 12000 grit for a high gloss finish.

This blue handmade pen uses a cross-medium ball type black refill available from any good stationery supplier.
