This is a Streamline twist action ballpoint pen hand turned on my lathe in my own UK workshop. The pen has a twist mechanism and high-quality chrome-plated trim. The pen barrels cast from an acrylic resin made for pen turning with green, black and white colours.
This green, black ballpoint pen uses a cross type, medium ballpoint black refill available from any good stationery suppliers.
With the pen blank cut to size for the pen and then drilled with an appropriately sized hole, then mounted on my lathe and turned and shaped too round. Acrylic blanks are a hard material and can be difficult to work with so lots of Turners avoid them. The acrylic resin then needs sanding with 120 grit through to 12000 grit for a high gloss finish.
