A handmade pearl white ballpoint pen hand turned on a woodturning lathe in my own UK workshops. The white pen has a twist-action mechanism with a high-quality chrome-plated trim and a special pearlescent pearl white resin for the barrels.
With the acrylic blank cut to size for the pen and drilled with a proper sized hole, then mounted on the lathe and hand-turned, shaped to round. The resin needs sanding through the grits 120 to 12000 for a high gloss finish. Resin blanks are a hard material to turn, lots of turners avoid it altogether.
