Elm Rollerball Wooden Pen Set

A unique pen set handcrafted in my own UK workshops with traditional tools and techniques. The pen barrels hand-turned with Elm wood no longer available in the British Isles in any quantity.

The Elm rollerball pen is a nice size for either males or females and has a high-quality gold-plated trim with black details and is also posted, meaning it can screw the cap onto the end if you so wish.

The mechanical wooden pencil has a  mechanism to extend and retract the 0.7mm lead. The lead extends and retracts with a high-quality twist mechanism.

I hand-turned the wood to round and shape on the lathe. Once shaped and sanded, the wood ink pen needs finishing with Ca glue for a hard and durable high gloss finish.

This rollerball pen uses a ceramic liquid ink refill available from any good stationery supplier to keep this beautiful pen in use for many years to come.

This pen set has an upgraded presentation box. As every piece of wood is different in grain and figure, even from within the same larger piece, these pens make great gift ideas for a wedding anniversary or wooden gifts for husband at Christmas.
