The resin cut to size for the pen and then drilled with an appropriately sized hole, then mounted on my lathe and turned and shaped to round. Resin blanks are a hard material to turn, many Turners avoid them altogether. The resin then needs sanding from 120 grit through to 12000 for a high gloss finish.
This pen uses a black cross-type medium ballpoint refill available from any good stationery suppliers.
